According to a report in OK! Magazine, A-list celebrities, Jake Gyllenhaal of ‘Donnie Darko’ fame and Reese Witherspoon, best know for her part in the ‘Legally Blonde’ series of films, could be set to walk down the aisle to exchange wedding rings in a marriage that has got tongues wagging in Hollywood. Reese Witherspoon, who only split from fellow Hollywood star, Ryan Philippe, last year could soon be sporting a wedding ring from another of movie world’s leading men if the reports are to be believed.
Wedding Rings – Tinsel-Town Glitz & Glamour
Given the paparazzi’s preoccupation with all things celebrity, they are sure to have a field day with the news that Hollywood’s golden couple, Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon could be set to tie the knot. Whilst it’s unclear whether or not wedding rings have been picked out yet, the report in OK! Magazine suggests that marriage is very much on the agenda. Speaking to OK! Magazine, a friend of the couple stated, “They've been talking marriage for a while now. They'll be formally engaged any day now. They want to spend the rest of their lives together.” It’s safe to say that given the amount of money the pair have banked from the acting exploits, the wedding rings are sure to be a sight to behold.
Wedding Rings – Bucking the Trend
Many Hollywood stars have traded wedding rings over the years only for divorce proceedings to follow soon after. Just a few that have found their wedding rings in the post include Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston, Billy-Bob Thornton & Angelina Jolie and James Cameron & Linda Hamilton. According to the report in OK! Magazine, however, the impending exchange of wedding rings and vows by Hollywood’s golden couple, Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal, is built on solid foundations, “This is a very serious relationship. But Reese is very conservative and traditional. I'm sure she doesn't want her kids to see her 'living in sin.”
